Job Description QA Manual Lead

Domain: FS Domain (Capital Market)

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work from Office 3 days a week (subject to change to 5 days as per client policy)

Mandatory Skills:

  • Financial Domain, Capital Markets, and Risk Management
  • Strong exposure to Front Office Trading (Listed, Derivatives, Fixed Income products)
  • Hands-on experience in Desktop (MS Windows) and Web applications testing
  • Strong experience in Agile Delivery Model
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Software Testing & Quality Assurance activities.
  • Define, manage, and execute Test Management and Defect Management processes.
  • Design, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Perform Database Testing with strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
  • Ensure adherence to industry-standard Quality & Test processes and best practices.
  • Define and implement Test Data Profiling & Test Data Management approaches.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure product quality.
  • Work in Agile environments, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Use tools such as HP ALM, JIRA for test and defect tracking.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members, guiding them on best testing practices.
  • Adapt quickly to changes, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
