Key responsibilities

manages the costs of construction projects, preparing budgets, tracking finances, and ensuring projects stay within budget and meet quality standards Cost estimation and budgeting:

  • Analyze construction blueprints to estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Prepare detailed budgets for projects from the design phase to completion.
  • Contract management:
  • Write and negotiate contracts between clients and construction companies.
  • Prepare tender documents and bills of quantities.
  • Financial monitoring and control:
  • Track project costs and ensure they stay within the set budget.
  • Resolve financial discrepancies and provide financial reports.
  • Project oversight:
  • Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and contractors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55, ₹60,000.00 per month
