Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, complex formulas)
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders outside the Product function
- Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
- Support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making
- Automate recurring reports and data processes using Excel and related tools
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, and Leadership teams
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
- Document business processes and analytical findings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, MIS Analyst, or Data Analyst
- Expert-level proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
