We're Hiring: Full Stack Web Developer (Ravet, Pune)

Join a fast-paced SaaS startup that's redefining frontline sales and marketing.

At Style Check, we're building an omni-channel sales management SaaS platform that empowers business users and their on-ground workforce to streamline operations, boost visibility, and drive revenue across traditional retail.

We're looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who's not just good at writing code but is comfortable with the grind of an early-stage product journey — someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving real-world problems, and growing alongside the product.

What You'll Do:

  • Build intuitive, scalable web applications using React (frontend) and (backend).
  • Develop and integrate robust RESTful APIs to connect various services.
  • Design and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, etc.).
  • Optimize for speed, performance, and security — always thinking ahead.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to ship impactful features.
  • Take ownership of problems and see them through to execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 year of full-stack development experience (React, , and AWS stack).
  • Strong command of JavaScript, version control systems (like Git), and databases (MongoDB/PostgreSQL).
  • Previous experience working in startups or early-stage teams — you know what hustle looks like and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • A growth mindset — you love learning, taking initiative, and seeing your work go live fast.
  • Only candidates based in Pune will be considered. This is a strictly work-from-office role at our Ravet office.
  • Solid debugging skills and attention to detail — we appreciate those who sweat the small stuff.
