Procurement Specialist with proven experience in BOQ preparation, quotation management, vendor coordination, and material sourcing for architecture and interior design projects.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design materials and finishes, and the ability to negotiate the best terms without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Source, evaluate, and select vendors/suppliers for architectural and interior materials, finishes, and furnishings.
  • Obtain and compare quotations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
  • Negotiate with vendors for best pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain an updated database of vendors, price lists, and material specifications.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
  • Track inventory, deliveries, and project-specific procurement schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement within the architecture, interior design, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quotation comparison, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings, material specifications, and finishes.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement-related software/tools.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Schedule:

  • Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
  • Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office
  • Schedule: Monday - Saturday (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
