Job Title: Sr. Production Manager

Location: Kuha, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:00 PM

Week Off:

  • First 6 months – Thursday/Tuesday
  • Next 6 months – Sunday

Transportation: Available from Odhav, SP Ring Road, Odhav Gurudwara

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee the daily operations of the production department.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet output targets.
  • Ensure products are manufactured within quality standards and cost parameters.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for smooth operation of machinery and equipment.
  • Supervise and guide production staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high productivity.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain production records, analyze performance data, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with quality control, design, and procurement teams for timely project completion.
  • Resolve any production-related issues or bottlenecks promptly.

Required Skills:

  • Computer proficiency – MS Office, Tally/ERP systems, production reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
