Role Description
TRIONEX INDIA is looking for an E-Commerce Telecaller for a full-time, on-site position in Ranchi. The role involves managing communication with clients, assisting them with their e-commerce account-related queries, and providing step-by-step guidance to help them grow their online businesses. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining services, generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and account management processes
- Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and telecommunication tools
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and meet targets within deadlines
- Proficient in regional and English languages for effective communication
- Prior experience in client handling or sales support is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in marketing, business, or communications is a plus
