We are looking for a
Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
to join our Finance team at the Gurgaon Head Office. The role will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support key business decisions and long-term strategic growth.

This position is ideal for a high-energy finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-centric environment and enjoys translating numbers into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    annual budgeting
    ,
    quarterly forecasting
    , and
    long-range planning
    processes across business functions.
  • Prepare and analyze
    monthly MIS
    ,
    variance reports
    , and
    financial dashboards
    for management review.
  • Partner with
    Sales, Retail, Supply Chain, Design, and Marketing
    teams to provide financial insights and enable data-driven decisions.
  • Track and analyze key
    business KPIs
    , identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support
    investment evaluations
    ,
    business case analyses
    , and
    cost optimization initiatives
    .
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all management reports and presentations.
  • Drive
    process improvement
    and
    automation
    in financial reporting and analytical tools.
  • Collaborate directly with
    senior management
    to align financial strategy with business priorities.

Desired Profile

  • Education:
    Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) must.
  • Experience:
    6–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, preferably in
    retail, apparel, FMCG, or consumer businesses
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in
    Excel
    ,
    Power BI
    , and
    ERP systems
    (SAP / Oracle or similar).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
