Role Overview

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, restore physical function, and prevent disability in patients. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, hands-on therapy skills, and excellent patient communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed patient assessments including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests.
  • Design and implement personalised physiotherapy treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and lifestyle-related conditions.
  • Educate patients on preventive care, exercise programs, posture correction, and healthy lifestyle practices.
  • Use therapeutic modalities (manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, etc.) as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nutritionists, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, ethics, and safety regulations.
  • Participate in workshops, health camps, and wellness initiatives organized by the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT).
  • Valid registration/certification with [State/Indian Association of Physiotherapy].
  • Minimum [X years] of clinical experience (new graduates can be considered for junior roles).
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, rehabilitation protocols, and exercise science.
  • Excellent manual therapy and diagnostic skills.
  • Good communication, empathy, and patient counseling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in sports physiotherapy, orthopedics, or neurology.
  • Knowledge of modern physiotherapy equipment & technology.
  • Research orientation and continuous learning mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
