PR Manager

The PR Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the brand's public relations strategy across India. This role demands strong media relations, influencer management, strategic communication planning, and the ability to handle high-impact campaigns, launches, and reputation-related matters.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-networked, and skilled at crafting compelling narratives that strengthen brand visibility and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer & Media Relations Lead and execute influencer marketing initiatives across PAN India. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media agencies, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Manage and update the media & influencer database for effective campaign execution.

2. Content & CommunicationDraft press releases, press notes, media invites, and other PR materials.Ensure communication aligns with brand tone, campaign messaging, and business objectives.

3. PR Strategy & PlanningCreate quarterly PR strategies based on brand goals, trends, and audience insights.Plan and manage PR campaigns for events, product launches, and major announcements.

4. Reputation & Crisis ManagementMonitor brand mentions, online reviews, and overall digital reputation.Handle crisis communication with timely responses and coordination across teams.

5. Reporting & TrackingTrack media coverage across print, digital, and electronic platforms.Prepare monthly PR performance reports with insights and recommendations.

6. Budget & Vendor Management Manage PR budgets and ensure cost-efficient campaign execution. Coordinate with agencies, production teams, and external partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.3–6 years of experience in PR, media communications, or influencer marketing (preferably in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands).

Strong media network and understanding of the PAN India PR ecosystem.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects, work under pressure, and manage crises effectively.

Proficiency in PR tracking tools, media monitoring platforms, and digital trends.
