Job Description:

Laurel Overseas, one of Kerala's trusted study abroad and immigration consultancies, is looking for motivated and customer-focused Visa Counselors to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide students and clients through the visa application and documentation process.
  • Provide accurate information on study/work visa options for countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
  • Maintain good communication with clients via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Assist with application follow-ups and ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain records and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling (education or immigration field preferred).
  • Basic communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
