Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision and Strategy:
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize features that enhance compliance and usability.
  • Backlog Management:
  • Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder feedback and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure clear documentation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including compliance teams, legal advisors, and technical teams.
  • Conduct regular meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product objectives.
  • Regulatory Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations impacting the FinTech sector, ensuring that products meet compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to assess the impact of regulatory changes on product offerings.
  • Data Management:
  • Utilize SQL to analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and compliance data.
  • Work with data teams to ensure data integrity and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Agile Methodology:
  • Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements while maintaining a focus on quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the FinTech domain.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to the financial industry (e.g., GDPR, AML, KYC).
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
