Detailed description: To serve as a key contributor in driving data-driven decision-making and operational excellence by designing, developing, and maintaining seamless and reliable integrations between our core HCM systems ( Darwinbox) and other critical enterprise applications.

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable integration solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the integration process.
• Optimize integration processes for efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve successful integration projects.
• Stay abreast of emerging integration technologies and best practices.
• Own (develop and support) the overall integration solution for the HCM solution
