Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior product managers to develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap
  • Assume full ownership of a complete product or a significant portion of it
  • Translate product requirements into functional designs in collaboration with engineering and UI/UX teams
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, document requirements, and effectively manage the product backlog
  • Align with the engineering team to ensure product goals and timelines are met
  • Drive product enhancements and new features based on customer needs and market trends
  • Collect and analyze user feedback and product analytics for ongoing product improvement
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with all internal stakeholders, promoting cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrate a strong focus on understanding underlying problems and needs before devising solutions
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to ensure efficient product development
  • Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for creating product specifications and architecture
  • Ensure product compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational quality guidelines
Requirements:

Prior Experience:

  • 4-6 years of total experience with at least two years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS products
  • Proven experience in collaborating with engineering and UI/UX teams
  • Demonstrated ability to understand market trends and customer requirements

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in software development processes, Agile methodologies, and UI/UX principles
  • Strong data analysis and market research skills

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving abilities

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
