Stewardess

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Stewardess to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in the smooth operation of dining and service areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining/service areas.
• Assist in maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely service.
• Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism.
• Support daily operations and perform duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a steward/stewardess or in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
