Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend / Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination, accurate reporting, and effective operational management of power projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle power allocation, scheduling, and monitoring of renewable energy projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, power traders, and developers.
  • Maintain accurate records of generation, consumption, banking, and settlement.
  • Support billing, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents to SLDC / TANGEDCO / TNERC.
  • Maintain Excel trackers and MIS reports for management.
  • Follow up on approvals and operational activities.
  • Identify and report operational issues or deviations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Renewable Energy Operations, Open Access, and Power Allocation.
  • Strong MIS and reporting skills.
  • Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Any graduate can apply; prior experience in renewable energy operations is a plus.
