Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop concept designs, working drawings, and BOQs for interior projects.
  • Create detailed design plans using AutoCAD 2D, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant software tools.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for modular kitchens, furniture layouts, home decor ideas, interiors concepts.
  • Prepare rendering images using VRAY, Lumion, Sketchup or 3DS MAX to visualize the final product.

  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining a focus on residential interior works.

  • Create Building Elevations and make 2D and 3D drawings

  • Conceptualise and make Layout plans for residential and commercial buildings

  • Make mood board and concept presentations

  • Make hospitality presentations and concept design

  • Make working drawings for all interior work including POP work, Wardrobes, Bathrooms, wall elevations, Stone work etc.

  • Client handling and material approvals

  • Regular meeting with contractors

  • Site coordination

  • Rendering work on 3D drawings
