Senior Scriptwriter & Content Researcher (Podcasts, Ads & Brand Storytelling)

About the Role:

We're seeking an
experienced and imaginative scriptwriter
who can craft powerful, story-led narratives for
podcasts, digital ads, and brand video content
.

This is not a generic writing role — it's for someone who loves deep research, understands emotion-driven storytelling, and can convert insights into
scripts that sound conversational, credible, and memorable.

You'll be writing for digital-first health, wellness, and lifestyle content aimed at a modern Indian audience (English / Hinglish tone preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

Research deeply into assigned themes — health, psychology, lifestyle, or consumer behaviour.

Write compelling
3–6 minute podcast scripts
,
short video ad scripts (30–60 sec)
, and
brand storytelling narratives
.

Develop strong
hooks, emotions, and arcs
that keep audiences engaged till the end.

Simplify complex topics into crisp, human conversations.

Collaborate with the content team to maintain a consistent voice and brand philosophy.

Suggest innovative content formats and storytelling frameworks for YouTube, Podcasts, and Meta ads.

You're a Great Fit If You:

Have 2-3 years of experience in writing for
digital ads, podcasts, or branded video content.

Think like a storyteller, not a copywriter — you understand structure, tension, and emotion.

Have strong research instincts — you read studies, articles, and expert sources before writing.

Can write in natural, engaging Hinglish or English
— conversational, not corporate.

Know how to tailor tone for platforms (YouTube, Meta, Spotify, etc.).

Understand consumer psychology and audience retention.

Preferred Experience (Bonus Points):

Past work with health, wellness, or FMCG brands.

Experience writing high-performing video or ad scripts.

Knowledge of how to write voiceover-ready scripts (with pacing, tone cues).

Familiarity with AI or digital production workflows (preferred but not mandatory).
