Key Responsibilities

  • Shift Operations
  • Oversee operators (mixing, freezer, packing) and helpers.
  • Ensure production plan for the shift is executed.
  • Monitor raw material usage vs output.
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Enforce hygiene, GMP, FSSC/HACCP practices during shift.
  • Check in-process parameters (mix temperature, overrun, hardness).
  • Ensure no cross-contamination, proper allergen handling.
  • Manpower Handling
  • Allocate work to operators and helpers.
  • Supervise cleaning & sanitation after runs.
  • Report attendance and discipline issues to PM/HR.
  • Coordination
  • Liaise with Quality Control for approvals.
  • Coordinate with Cold Room Incharge for blast freezing/hardening room availability.
  • Inform Maintenance immediately for breakdowns.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain shift production logs (batch no, output, wastage, downtime).
  • Report yield variances, machine stoppages, or unusual incidents.
  • Hand over pending tasks/issues to next shift supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
