Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer ) to design, implement, and maintain both frontend and backend components of our OT security platform. The developer will work closely with product owners, engineers, and architects to deliver high-performance dashboards, data visualization, and backend services that process OT security data from Zeek, Suricata, and other sources.

Location: Pune (Preference) / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive web applications and dashboards using (with strong MERN stack fundamentals).
  • Implement and maintain backend services and REST APIs using (and Python frameworks like FastAPI/Flask as required).
  • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and ensure smooth data flow, authentication, and security.
  • Design data models and interact with databases (SQL/MongoDB) for storing OT security data.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to microservices, containerization, and deployment pipelines.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and usability across web applications.
  • Mentor junior developers and maintain code quality and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ) for building scalable full-stack applications.
  • Expert in (React fundamentals, SSR/SSG, routing, API routes).
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask) for backend service development.
  • Experience with REST APIs, backend integration, and data processing pipelines.
  • Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Git, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizing complex data.
  • Understanding of security best practices for web applications and APIs.
