We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Support Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to gain hands-on experience supporting users and improving product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to users by addressing product-related queries through email, chat, or calls.
  • Troubleshoot issues by replicating scenarios, documenting findings, and escalating to the engineering team when needed.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand new features and updates.
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
  • Collect user feedback and report recurring issues or enhancement suggestions.
  • Assist in testing product features before releases to ensure quality and usability.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good understanding of software products, basic troubleshooting, and user support concepts.
  • Ability to analyze problems, think logically, and propose solutions.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of web/mobile apps and usage flows.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
