We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Art & Craft Teacher who can inspire young learners to explore their creativity through fun, engaging, and skill-building activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate art and craft lessons for students from daycare to Grade 5.
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression in children.
- Introduce students to various art techniques (drawing, painting, clay modeling, paper crafts, etc.).
- Organize and display students' artwork in classrooms and during school events/exhibitions.
- Integrate art projects with classroom learning whenever possible.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging art environment.
- Prepare and manage art materials and supplies effectively.
- Assess and provide feedback on students' progress and creativity.
- Collaborate with other teachers to contribute to overall child development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts / Art Education or relevant qualification (preferred).
- Prior experience teaching art & craft to young children (school/academy/tuition experience will be an advantage).
- Strong artistic skills in drawing, painting, and craft activities.
- Creativity, patience, and a child-friendly approach.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for nurturing children's creativity and love for learning.
