The candidate will need to perform:Review & management of resources/staff schedules, availability and utilization Capacity and Forecast review & analysis Various analysis & reports on weekly / monthly basis Connect with internal & external stakeholders Handling various dashboard forecast, projects pipeline, adhoc reports/requests etc Handling management reports Perform monthly / weekly metrics analysisThe candidate will also be responsible for:Supporting client service delivery by consistently meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround times and ad-hoc requests Variance analysis Service line/network lead support for deck/ppt update Conducting periodic trainings/mentoring for subordinates; preparing/reviewing/updating the knowledge base/training material/ Process documents>> The Individual5 years + of experience in Scheduling / Resource Management / WFM Sound Resource/Workforce Management knowledge Good understanding & knowledge of capacity planning & forecasting Good analytical skills to analyze current capacity and derive hiring/loaning needs Ability to analyze / investigate variances between forecast/plan and actuals Ability to understand and identify key issues from both summary and detailed data Ability to analyze and identify key issues/challenges in existing process & provide inputs for changes / improvement areas High level of proficiency in MS Excel, & MS PowerPoint.  Knowledge of VBA Macro, MS Visio & MS Project would be an added advantage Experience in Power BI is preferable but not mandatory Strong stakeholder management skills / communication skills (written & verbal)The candidate is expected to have knowledge of IT / WFM / Resource Management tools & applications ((IEX, Blue Pumpkin, ASPECT / EWFM, R
