Position: IT & Network Trainee/Engineer
Location: On-site (Himachal Pradesh)

About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated IT & Network Trainee who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Industrial Networking. You'll get hands-on experience with real-time systems, communication and secure network configurations used in power distribution and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, routers and switches.
- Support the setup of communication protocols like IEC 61850, Modbus and DNP3.
- Help monitor and troubleshoot network and device connectivity issues.
- Learn about cybersecurity and secure data communication in industrial systems.
- Maintain basic documentation for configurations and network layouts.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, firewalls).
- Interest in automation and power system networks.
- Eager to learn and work on-site with project teams.
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of industrial communication or networking tools.
- Familiarity with Cisco networking fundamentals (CCNA-level knowledge).
