Role Description

Freelancer located in India for a Fillable PDF Designing. The designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining fillable PDF forms, ensuring they are user-friendly and functional. Day-to-day tasks include designing forms based on project requirements, collaborating with team members to understand form content, testing PDFs for usability, and making necessary updates and corrections.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create interactive, fillable PDF forms based on provided content or mockups
  • Ensure form fields are logically placed and clearly labeled (text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, drop-downs, etc.)
  • Incorporate branding elements (logos, colors, fonts) in alignment with company style guidelines
  • Optimize documents for usability, including accessibility where needed
  • Test forms to ensure full functionality and compatibility across devices and PDF viewers
  • Revise forms based on feedback and requested changes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing fillable PDF forms (please include portfolio or samples)
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe InDesign, or similar PDF creation tools
  • Strong attention to detail and layout/design principles
  • Ability to follow branding guidelines and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and responsiveness
