Position: Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance

Experience: 1–3 Years

Note: This position is open to female candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely accounting in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive MIS (Management Information System) reports for internal review.
  • Coordinate and support statutory audits and internal audits.
  • Prepare and file quarterly TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) returns.
  • Conduct physical stock counts and assist with stock audits.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
  • Monitor and manage working capital to optimize cash flow.
  • Maintain and manage the company's books of accounts.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar tools).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
