Job Title: Clay Moulding TeacherLocation: Nalanda Vidyaniketan, Vijayawada, Andhra PradeshJob Summary:The Clay Moulding Teacher is responsible for introducing and guiding nursery students in the art of clay moulding at NVN Primary. This role focuses on developing fine motor skills, creativity, and an appreciation for artistic expression through hands-on activities. The teacher will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can explore and enjoy the tactile experience of working with clay.

Key Responsibilities:Clay Moulding Instruction:Develop and implement age-appropriate clay moulding activities to promote fine motor skills, creativity, and artistic expression. Teach basic techniques of clay handling, moulding, and shaping in a playful and engaging manner. Introduce students to simple projects, guiding them in creating shapes, figures, and objects with clay.

Creative Development:Encourage students to express their imagination and creativity through their clay creations. Provide opportunities for free-form exploration with clay, allowing students to experiment and learn through play. Offer guidance and inspiration for more structured projects, helping students bring their ideas to life.

Safety and Supervision:Ensure a safe and clean working environment, with appropriate supervision during all clay activities. Maintain and care for all clay and sculpting tools, ensuring they are safe and suitable for nursery students. Educate students on the safe handling of materials and tools used in clay moulding.

Skill and Progress Monitoring:Monitor each student's progress in developing fine motor skills and artistic abilities. Adapt activities to suit the individual needs and abilities of each student, providing additional support where necessary. Offer feedback to parents and staff regarding students' engagement and progress in clay moulding activities.

Event Organization:Plan and organize art showcases or exhibitions where students can display their clay creations. Collaborate with other staff to integrate clay moulding projects into broader school events or themed activities. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with other teachers and staff to incorporate clay moulding activities into the broader nursery curriculum.

Communicate effectively with parents about their children's progress, creativity, and any relevant concerns or achievements. Qualifications:Degree or certification in Art Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Prior experience working with young children, particularly in a creative or artistic setting.

Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate artistic activities. Strong understanding of safety guidelines and procedures in art activities. Skills:Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching
