Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support team member located in Chennai. The Sales Support role involves assisting the sales team in day-to-day operations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales operations processes, and utilizing analytics to enhance efficiency and identify opportunities. The role ensures seamless support to achieve overall sales and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, derive insights, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a solid ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and support internal teams.
  • Experience and understanding of Sales Operations processes to drive team efficiency and success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in sales support functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
