  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
    • Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues.
    • Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
    • Communicate project updates and challenges with the project manager and stakeholders.

  • Qualifications Required:

  • -Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 10+ of experience as a Civil Site manager or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹120,000.00 per month
