About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in WordPress to join our development team in Bhubaneswar. This is a night shift role, ideal for someone who is passionate about building responsive, secure, and high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
  • Implement responsive UI/UX designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
  • Handle back-end development with PHP, MySQL, and REST APIs.
  • Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and services as required.
  • Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to implement web features and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues across the stack.
  • Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and comply with accessibility standards.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, and hooks).
  • Solid front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery, React or Vue preferred).
  • Strong back-end experience with PHP, MySQL, and REST API integration.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with performance optimization, caching, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with web hosting environments, cPanel, and deployment workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in full stack development with a strong focus on WordPress.
  • Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.
  • Experience in working with US clients or in night shifts will be an added advantage.
