About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer (Python & SQL) with strong expertise in developing and deploying automation solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy building scalable tools, optimizing workflows, and contributing to end-to-end software engineering lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated tools using Python and SQL.
  • Work across the software engineering lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and automation workflows.
  • Optimize existing processes through automation and orchestration.
  • Deploy solutions in production ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in data transformation, migration, and integration projects.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across all automation pipelines.
  • Stay updated with latest tools, frameworks, and technologies in automation and analytics.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in Python and SQL development.
  • Strong expertise in automation, tool creation, and deployment.
  • Solid Banking Domain Knowledge.
  • Experience with software development best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
