Senior Frontend Developer

PUNIAS is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer
to join our on-site team in Mohali. In this role, you will take ownership of frontend architecture, mentor junior developers, and deliver scalable, maintainable, and pixel-perfect user experiences for both local and international clients.


This is a full-time on-site position. Candidates already based in Punjab, or those willing to relocate to Mohali, will be strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of
    responsive, high-performance UIs
    using
    React, , and Preact
    .
  • Architect and implement
    functional components
    with best practices in React.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate
    Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations
    .
  • Collaborate on backend workflows with
    , Drizzle ORM, and SQL databases
    .
  • Ensure code quality by applying
    OOP principles, modular design, and scalable patterns
    .
  • Manage modern workflows with
    Git, npm, pnpm, Vite
    , and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate developers.
  • Work across multiple international and local projects with a strong focus on delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years
    of professional experience in
    frontend development with React
    .
  • 3–5 years
    of hands-on experience with

    .
  • Strong expertise in
    TypeScript
    (3–5 years).
  • Proven experience with
    ORMs (Drizzle preferred)
    and
    SQL databases
    .
  • Advanced knowledge of
    JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
    , and modern frontend ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of
    UI/UX principles
    , responsive design, and scalable frontend architecture.
  • Experience leading or mentoring frontend teams is a plus.

Good to Have

  • Hands-on experience with
    pnpm, Vite, Preact
    , and related frontend tooling.

  • Familiarity with
    design systems, Figma, REST/GraphQL APIs
    , and backend integrations.
