Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Security Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and managing authorizations within SAP BTP Security, as well as deep knowledge of SAP Security across S/4 HANA implementations. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to guide teams and engage effectively with clients.

Skill / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP BTP Security (authorizations and user management).
  • Strong background in SAP Security with SAP S/4 HANA end to end implementation and conversion projects.
  • Good knowledge of SAP Access Control, NetWeaver Security, BW, and CRM authorization.
  • Ability to lead teams, train resources, and provide expert-level security administration guidance.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills with the ability to present reports and security recommendations.
  • Experience with GRC implementation and compliance management.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage authorizations and user management in SAP BTP Security.
  • Work on SAP Security in S/4 HANA end-to-end implementations and conversions.
  • Provide expertise across SAP Security areas, including Access Control, NetWeaver Security administration, BW, and CRM authorization.
  • Lead and mentor a security team, providing training and technical guidance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP Security/technical issues.
  • Conduct customer discussions, present incident reports, and highlight GRC implementation concerns.
  • Apply knowledge of SAP Activate methodology in security-related implementations.
