We're looking for an experienced
Lead Frontend Developer
with a strong focus on and modern JavaScript frameworks to lead the development of our cutting-edge application. You will be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling applications using

, and other technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and guide the team in best practices for application architecture and development

Key Responsibilities
:

• Lead and manage a frontend development team to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Architect and develop complex, responsive, and highly performant applications using
  React
  ,
  
  ,
  TypeScript
  ,
  Redux
  , and
  RTK
  .
• Oversee the integration of
  Redux-Persist
  for efficient state management in and React apps.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and implementation of best practices.
• Manage the build process using
  Vite
  for optimised performance, code splitting, and faster development cycles.
• Maintain and expand our custom
  UI library
  , ensuring its flexibility, scalability, and reusability across various applications.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams working with
  
  , APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Own the end-to-end deployment process using
  Rollup
  for library packaging and distribution in both
  browser
  and
  
  environments.
• Drive continuous improvement in our development pipeline, including optimising builds and CI/CD processes.
• Mentor junior developers, guiding technology choices, design patterns, and career development.

Required Qualifications
:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.

• Deep understanding of state management solutions such as

  .
• Experience with

Additional Information
