We are looking for a dedicated Back OƯice StaƯ member to join our team and support our operations with sample dispatch and various administrative tasks. Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with sample dispatch and perform various administrative duties to ensure smooth oƯice operations. Key Responsibilities:  Sample Dispatch: Manage and coordinate the dispatch of product samples to clients and partners, ensuring timely delivery and accurate record-keeping.  Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain data in company databases and systems.  Document Management: Prepare, organize, and file important company documents, including correspondence, reports, and memos.  Sample Delivery Support: Answer calls and respond to internal inquiries regarding sample dispatch and other administrative matters.  Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, printing, and filing. Qualifications:  Proven experience in administrative or back oƯice roles.  Excellent organizational and time management skills.  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  Basic Microsoft OƯice Suite (Word, Excel).  Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize eƯectively.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration is a plus.
