Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Java Full Stack Developers with 48 years of hands-on experience to work on critical client-facing projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in modern Java development, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications, while also being capable of contributing to frontend development with Angular or ReactJS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure enterprise applications using Java 11/17, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.

• Build and deploy microservices-based architectures leveraging containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

• Develop and integrate messaging and streaming solutions (e.g., Kafka, Redis, Queuing mechanisms) for high-performance systems.

• Design and optimise SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for scalability and reliability.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).

• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular or ReactJS.

• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability across development and production environments.

• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and peer programming to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Ensure application performance, test coverage, and code quality across development and production environments.

• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing using modern testing frameworks and tools

• Work closely with client stakeholders, architects, and product owners to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 58 years of professional experience in Java Full Stack Development.

• Strong expertise in Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerised deployments.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for application deployment and scaling.

• Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka preferred) and caching mechanisms (Redis).

• Proficiency in working with both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

• Experience in testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Cypress, or Selenium.

• Familiarity with code quality and analysis tools (SonarQube, Jacoco, ESLint)

• Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).

• Frontend development skills in Angular or ReactJS.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

• Excellent communication and client-interaction abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with API Gateway, Service Mesh, or Event-Driven Architecture.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS.

• Experience with Backend testing and Frontend testing tools

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, frameworks, or integration of AI-driven solutions within enterprise applications.

• Working knowledge of Python for data processing, scripting, or building AI/ML microservices.

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related.
