Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with specialized expertise in the Oracle Learning Cloud (Learn) module. The ideal candidate will act as an SME, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions tailored to organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand learning and talent management needs.
  

• Map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Learning module functionalities.
  

• Perform fit-gap analysis, identifying as-is vs. to-be processes.
  

• Prepare and review functional design documents (FDDs) for complex business requirements.
  

• Design, configure, and test enhancements, integrations, and reports within Oracle Learning Cloud.
  

• Provide hands-on configuration in the Learning Cloud module for scenarios like courses, specializations, learning assignments, compliance tracking, and analytics.
  

• Collaborate with technical teams for interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
  

• Assist in end-to-end lifecycle activities of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including design, build, testing (SIT, UAT), and production support.
  

• Work with both small agile teams and large cross-functional teams in global implementations.
  

• Provide post-implementation support and guide users through new functionalities and best practices.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  

• Strong SME knowledge in the Oracle Learning Cloud (Learn) module.
  

• Good understanding of HR and Learning business processes.
  

• Experience in requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping.
  

• Ability to build/review functional design specifications.
  

• Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle Learning Cloud scenarios.
  

• Exposure to complex enhancements, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
  

• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support).
  

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Experience in global implementation projects preferred.
  

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of other HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Absence, Benefits).
  

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in Learning Module.
  

• Experience in multi-country rollouts and large-scale transformation projects.
