About Us:

We aspire to provide occupational therapy and remedial support to children with differential needs, across the globe. Established in Sept 2020, the company aims to build an ecosystem for children with differential needs to improve their physical, cognitive, developmental and educational outcomes.

has created a learning management system (LMS), that has been curated specifically to meet the requirements of children between the ages of 6-13 years, having differential needs viz. those with Learning Disability, ADD/HD and Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Position Summary:

We are looking for Game Designer who will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and improving gameplay systems, mechanics, levels, and player experiences. This role works closely with artists, programmers, writers, and producers to bring engaging, innovative, and high-quality games to life.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Design Gameplay Systems: Create core mechanics, rules, and features that define the player experience.

  2. Develop Game Concepts: Contribute to narrative, world-building, character design, and overall game vision.

  3. Create Documentation: Produce detailed design documents, flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes.

4.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with developers, artists, sound designers, and QA teams to ensure design implementation aligns with vision.

  1. Balance & Tune Gameplay: Iterate on features using player feedback, playtesting, analytics, and internal reviews.

  2. Level Design: Build engaging levels, missions, puzzles, or combat encounters depending on project needs.

  3. Maintain Consistency: Ensure game systems are intuitive, fun, and consistent with genre and style.

  4. Problem-Solving: Identify design issues and propose creative, data-driven solutions.

9.Support Production: Assist in planning milestones, estimating design workloads, and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems design, and player psychology.

  2. Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.).

  3. Ability to create clear and detailed design documentation.

  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  5. Creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills.

  6. Passion for games and awareness of industry trends.
