  • Handling daily documentation tasks in alignment with Client/Process IOPs, ensuring consistent quality and compliance.
  • Preparing and submitting export/import documentation accurately and on time to relevant stakeholders.
  • Adhering strictly to IOPs, with any deviations pre-approved by stakeholders.
  • Supporting peers with technical or process-related challenges during execution.
  • Maintaining high standards of data quality to meet SLAs and ensure process efficiency.
  • Staying up-to-date on process changes and IOPs to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Conducting root cause analysis in the event of escalations and contributing to resolution strategies.
  • Assisting in training new hires on documentation processes and standards.
Shift & Schedule:
  • Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
  • Week Off: Rotational week off (not fixed days)

  • Model: Hybrid (mix of remote and in-office work)
  • Location: Pune, Maharashtra
