Introduction

At VenueInDelhi, We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. SEO Executive to lead and execute advanced SEO strategies to drive organic growth, improve keyword rankings, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO along with hands-on experience in SEO tools, analytics, and content optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, content, internal linking, schema, etc.).
  • Plan and execute off-page SEO & link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content and blogs.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
  • Ensure websites follow technical SEO best practices (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexing).
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and industry updates.
  • Prepare and present SEO reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior SEO team members when required.

Required skills and qualifications

  • 12th Pass/Graduation
  • 2–5 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google algorithms (Panda, Penguin, Core Web Vitals, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz).
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or other CMS.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make decisions.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Digital Marketing Course
  • Adept knowledge of working with Off Page Seo, On Page Seo and Google Sheets
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team Coordination Skills
