Achyuta Public School is seeking passionate, well-spoken, and highly skilled Kindergarten Teachers who have completed IELTS and possess a native or near-native English accent. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling early-years learners and a strong commitment to nurturing young children in a joyful, engaging, and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and facilitate learning for children aged 4–6 using interactive and child-centered methods.
  • Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports emotional, social, and cognitive development.
  • Develop lesson plans that are age-appropriate, activity-based, and aligned with school standards.
  • Introduce children to foundational literacy, numeracy, phonics, and communication skills using effective strategies.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with children using an English native accent to strengthen language acquisition.
  • Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and report to parents regularly.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively with positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Coordinate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school leaders to ensure the overall development of students.
  • Participate in school events, parent meetings, and teacher training programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or related field.
  • IELTS certification with strong speaking skills (native or near-native accent).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience teaching Kindergarten or early primary grades.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom-management skills.
  • Ability to handle young children with patience, care, and enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to relocate to the school location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
