Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of experience, capable of supporting team leadership, managing international client projects, and ensuring smooth delivery of web applications. Experience in Drupal is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Team Lead in managing the development team, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Work closely with international clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Support project planning and tracking using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
  • Implement Agile methodologies for project execution.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with designers, QA, and other teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, especially Drupal, is a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with front-end (React) and back-end technologies (PHP, , Drupal or similar).
  • Database proficiency (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
  • Good understanding of API development and integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile processes and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Excellent communication skills for handling international clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and support team management.
  • Drupal experience will be an added advantage.
