About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef with expertise in Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines. The ideal candidate should be able to manage a busy kitchen, deliver consistently high-quality dishes, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes across Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines.
  • Ensure taste, quality, presentation, and consistency of food.
  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently during peak hours.
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
  • Control food costs, reduce wastage, and ensure optimum utilization of ingredients.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff as required.
  • Ensure adherence to standard recipes and portion sizes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of culinary experience in Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
