Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of recruitment experience to support our hiring efforts across various departments. You will be responsible for assisting in the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in understanding hiring needs by working closely with hiring managers.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support offer letter preparation and pre-boarding formalities.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment drives and campus hiring events, if required.
  • Maintain hiring reports and recruitment dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Any Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed for sourcing.
  • Understanding of basic labor laws related to hiring.
  • Exposure to onboarding and employee documentation processes.
