Fellowship Overview:
Selected candidates will undergo a 1-month intensive clinical fellowship in Andrology & Men's Intimate Health Aesthetics at Bhandari Hospital & Research Centre, Jaipur, under the mentorship of Dr. Chirag Bhandari and the IASH clinical faculty.

- Evidence-based management of functional disorders: Erectile Dysfunction, Premature Ejaculation, Male Infertility, Peyronie's Disease, Reproductive Tract Infections.
- P-Shot and X-Shot Procedures
- 3 Tesla Electromagnetic Stimulation / PEMF Therapy
- Radiofrequency Therapy
- Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation
- Male Functional Health and Performance Management [Prime Performance Program (PPP)]
- Non-surgical Rejuvenation Treatments
- Reconstructive Enhancement Procedures (Dermal Graft/Allograft Enhancement & Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Filler Girth Enhancement)
- Laser Therapy
- Low-Intensity Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (Li-ESWT)
- Subinguinal Microscopic Varicocelectomy
- Stapler Circumcision
- TESA/PESA and Testicular FNA

Fellowship Learning Outcomes:
- Gain comprehensive theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical expertise across all major andrological domains.
- Apply advanced diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for functional performance, testicular health, and reproductive outcomes.
- Develop practical skills in surgical, minimally invasive, and regenerative procedures.
- Understand psychosocial, ethical, and legal aspects of men's health care.
Core Competencies Developed:
- Comprehensive understanding and management of Erectile Dysfunction (ED), Premature Ejaculation (PE), Male Infertility, Peyronie's Disease, Prostatitis, and Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS).
- Application of evidence-based protocols for Shockwave Therapy, Electromagnetic Therapy, Radiofrequency Therapy, and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation for functional and pelvic pain disorders.
- Training in P-Shot, Stem Cell Therapy for ED, and Laser & Magnetic Stimulation Therapies for ED and male infertility.
- Hands-on exposure to Male Intimate Reconstructive Procedures, including Dermal Graft (Allograft) Enhancement and Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Filler Girth Enhancement.
- Surgical assistance and independent management in Subinguinal Microscopic Varicocelectomy, Stapler Circumcision, TESA/PESA, and Testicular Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA).
- Clinical application of Intracavernosal Injection Therapy, Cryosurgery, and Dorsal Nerve Resection for PE.
- Proficiency in Ultrasound and MRI-based diagnosis of testicular and vasal abnormalities, with exposure to microscopic interpretation of testicular pathology.
- Skills in preoperative evaluation and postoperative management of patients undergoing andrological and reconstructive procedures.
- Understanding of male infertility genetics, systemic and hormonal impacts on functional and reproductive health, and effects of chemotherapy/endocrine therapy.
- Competence in managing vascular emergencies in men's health.
- Awareness of psychosocial and legal aspects in andrological and reproductive medicine.
- Knowledge of Reproductive Tract Infections (RTIs) and HIV Pre- and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis protocols.
- Ability to apply advanced diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to optimize functional performance, testicular health, and overall reproductive outcomes.
Fellowship Details:
- Duration: 1 Month (Full-time, Jaipur-based)
- Fees: Free of Cost
- Note: Travel, food, and accommodation expenses are borne by the trainee.
Post-Fellowship Placement:
- Successful candidates will be offered placement at one of our parent clinics: Pune | Ahmedabad | Indore
- Each doctor will enter a 3-year contractual engagement with a fixed monthly salary and the opportunity to independently lead clinical practice in Andrology & Men's Intimate Health Aesthetics.

₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (based on experience)
