Position: Student Career Counsellor
Location: Kundannoor ,Maradu,Kochi
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in student counselling or academic advisory
Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on academic programs, career pathways, and course selection.
Understand students' goals and provide personalized guidance accordingly.
Assist in admissions and onboarding process.
Maintain regular communication with prospective and current students.
Conduct career guidance seminars and one-on-one counselling sessions.
Collaborate with faculty and admin staff to support student success.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a student counsellor in an academic institution or training center.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a student-centric approach.
Knowledge of current trends in education, aesthetics, and event management is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
