We are seeking a highly creative and experienced professional who can conceptualize, design, and execute impactful visual content — from digital posts and campaign creatives to engaging videos and reels for social media.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design aesthetics, storytelling, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

  • Edit short and long-form videos, including project walkthroughs, event highlights, client testimonials, and promotional reels.
  • Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Optimize videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
  • Maintain brand tone and visual consistency across all video outputs.

Graphic Design

  • Develop high-quality graphics, creatives, and marketing collaterals for print and digital use.
  • Design social media posts, brochures, hoardings, banners, and campaign visuals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize visuals for real estate campaigns, festive creatives, and brand films.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity of Civitech Developers.

Creative Conceptualization

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for content ideas and visual storytelling.
  • Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual communication.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in tools such as:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Canva or similar design platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D visualization or motion graphics (plus point).
