About the role

The role is well suited for individuals that are keen to advance their career in industrial service and gain hands-on experience in a workplace that values hard work, integrity, customer centricity and performance.

  • The key responsibilities of the role include to provide onsite service and customer support.
  • Study of different type of packaging machines and site readiness for printer installation.
  • Conduct onsite (online) printer trial.
  • On- site services such as Installation & Maintenance of Domino products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction

About you

BE/Btech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/ Mechatronics with at least 60% marks with 1-3 years of experience

Strong desire for a career in field service

Willingness to travel.

Ability to write service reports in English

Fluency in local language
