• Responsible for sustaining and maintenance of electro mechanical equipment, jigs, tooling and logistics at Front of Line, End of Line (Back End) or Test assembly.

• Electronics/Electrical-, Electromechanical- / Mechatronics- / Instrumentation & Control- Technology or Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in a Semiconductor company, assigned either in Front of Line or End of Line (Back End) or Test Assembly
• Male, not more than 40 years old.
