Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Telecallers to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, following up on inquiries, promoting services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain company products/services and generate leads.
  • Maintain daily call logs and customer interaction reports.
  • Follow up on leads through phone and WhatsApp communication.
  • Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude during calls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil (or local language).
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools preferred).
  • Pleasant voice and confident telephone manners.
  • Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
  • Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

Education:

  • Minimum qualification: +2 / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.

  • Based on experience and interview performance.
